Lovers,

In the coming days you will be bombarded with messages, ideas, and information on Love.

So to keep things real, fresh, and interesting I wanted to muse a little on one of the greatest energetic vibrations that, without it, keeps us from true and real Love ~ forgiveness.

Now although it is an energetic frequency, because all thoughts are, I want to give you practical info that we can all relate too.

Like, did you know that holding on to resentment, anger, or hurt physiologically creates the conditions of stress, depression, insomnia, and puts you in chronic fight or flight mode?

Physically it can contribute to high blood pressure, heart disease, cholesterol issues, and pain.*

Not coincidentally, these are also these are also all signs of an imbalance in our heart chakra.

And not to be a total downer, but have you heard that the leading cause of death among Canadian women is heart disease?

The good news is that forgiveness, the act and clearing of energy, has profound effects on our physical, mental, and emotional health!

So in a radical act of self-love and (r)evolution of the meaning of Valentine's Day I am offering you all a quick and meaningful practice to help you through a process of forgiveness.

It is also the first time I am introducing some of my Ceremony movements, concepts, and intentions.

It may look simple at first glance, but like forgiveness, it can feel deceptively simple.

True forgiveness requires more from us than just saying the words "I forgive you", it' an active process.

Our tissues hold our issues, grievances, hurts, and pain. 

If not process, moved, and completed, it turns to dis-ease, like the one's mentioned above.

This Forgiveness Vinyasa combines deliberate expansion + contraction of the thoracic spine, specific arm movements, and supports the lymphatic system.

The tapping is done on the thymus because it  functions include producing and processing T-cells which find and attack foreign bodies, and is said by the New York Times to "hold the key to ageing gracefully."

In only six minutes you will create new neuro-associations to forgiveness and letting go.
Open and cleanse the heart chakra.
Powerfully enhance your immune and lymphatic system.
Energize your body.
Calm your mind.
Re-calibrate to Love.

If this time of year is hard on you, you have negative associations to it, your are hurting or feeling low, do this daily (first thing in the morning if you can) every day for the week.

Everything you want is on the other side of forgiveness. 

I know this to be true and offer it to you as a reminder that peace, calm, happiness, forgiveness offers it. 

First forgive yourself. 
Forgive another. 
Pray that we are all forgiven.
