Hi Beauty!

This month I want to focus on Love, but not how we can share, spread, or show our romantic partners or others more of it, but rather our Selves. 

So we start with the somewhat elusive Self-Love. 

I can absolutely guarantee that this month's video musing is not what you have heard about on this topic before. 

It's a deep, juicy, and often avoided conversation.

Even slightly controversial. 

But, I am putting it out there because I think it needs to be heard and understood. 

Based on 1,000+ 'reads' on a blog, all my women's work over 10 years, witnessing, listening, conversing, researching, truths, and experience, this month's musing is edgy, provocative, risque, and real!

So first off, sit with this ~ Your vagina's have everything to do with how capable you are of loving yourself and with Yoga!

Yup, you read that right. 

In Hindu culture and the yoga tradition we refer to the vagina as the yoni, which loosely translates to "sacred spot" and more literally to "womb", and is the symbol for the Divine Mother or Goddess. 

The vagina began as sacred!

Our sexual energy is the most potent power we have access to.

It's the energy that creates life itself. 

But, we have been told a lot of lies about women's sexuality.  

And there is a lot we haven't been told about our vagina's at all!

And whether you are single or in a partnership you have access to this energy, and by learning about all parts of your self, you will realize that your vagina has most everything to do with how much you love You!

All we have to do is begin to open ourselves to these ancient ways of knowing.
