3 Key Yoga Poses for the Holiday Season

Dearest One's,
I want to let you know that you are going to be seeing more of me.
I feel really called to support you all over the coming Holy Day season.
With the busy-ness, hustle, and potential insanity that can ensue this month, I am going to be giving you weekly insights in how to make this month one that is fulfilling, joyous, and full of Love.
These small, but potent, practices will open your body, mind, and heart to (hopefully) experience different perspectives on relationships, gatherings, and your Self over the coming weeks.
We are starting with my Top 3 Yoga Poses to practice this season.
Some of us neglect our minds.
Some of us our bodies.
Some both.
By bringing some awareness to our bodies needs, energy that lives within and around us, and connecting to the symbolism of the season and how it impacts our relationship to our bodies, we can develop the mindfulness required to remain present, healthy, happy, open, and aware over the coming weeks.
I highly recommend incorporating these three poses in to your day, every day, throughout the month.
It doesn't have to be an extended amount of time.
It doesn't need to be hard.
It doesn't need to be complicated.
All you need to do is practice them.
Healing, health, and happiness arrive through commitment, willingness, and trust.
Let the time you spend on your mat this season be your refuge.
Come hOMe to your Self.
This is the way to your inherent goodness, power, and better equip you for all this season offers.
